• Training in the insurance industry (CFC or professional maturity), federal patent in social or private insurance is an asset
• Several years of professional experience in all-branch claims
• Oriented-e solution, open-minded, empathetic and social, you will provide your support to our customers in case of disasters
• Ability to work proactively, independently and responsibly
• Good knowledge of Office products and digital affinity
