Real estate manager (m/f/x) Neuchâtel, 90%

To which you contribute

• You are responsible for the complete management of a portfolio of buildings (control and participation in the drawing up of annual accounts, establishment of loops, processing of legal cases, etc.)
• You are the guarantor of the follow-up demanding tenants
• You perform and monitor the normal maintenance of buildings
• You prepare market analyses, reports, budgets and forecasts
• You supervise the tasks of employees, rental specialists and technical managers for your portfolio

What you bring

• You have basic business training (CFC) and continuing training in real estate (Federal Building Manager's Patent obtained or in progress) is desired
• You already have several years of experience in a similar function
• You are a person with a strong sense of service and you have a great negotiating capacity
• Your professionalism, perseverance and ability to impose complete your profile
• You master perfectly French (German and English are a plus) plus
• You work easily with computer tools (MS Office, GAIARO REM, etc.)
• You have the driver's license.
