Your mission

• Plan and manage 15 to 35 employees

• Provide initial and continuing training of the team

• Ensure customer satisfaction and apply distribution standards in the store

• Order and present the goods

• Contribute to the store's success by managing key figures

Your profile

• Multi-year professional experience in sales or similar fields

• Ideally, vocational training completed in the retail trade

• Value for business and experience in staff management

• Team spirit, responsibility and decision-making

• High motivation, flexibility, operational readiness and stress resistance

• Very good knowledge of English in writing and oral
