Main responsibilities
- You handle export and cross-trade shipments for machines and spare parts independently and customer-oriented
- They manage defined country territories, take on special tasks in the forwarding team and communicate proactively with internal interfaces, international locations, authorities and transport service providers.
- You create export-compliant shipping and transport documents and together with internal and external partners ensure correct import processing in the receiving country
- You provide shipping instructions to carriers and logistics partners, monitor shipping dates and coordinate multimodal transports
- They obtain transport offers, compare and evaluate them according to defined selection criteria and ensure compliance with all customs and export-relevant requirements. Requirements
- Completed commercial training, ideally supplemented by further education or professional experience in forwarding, export or international logistics
- Several years of experience in export processing and international transport administration as well as good knowledge in shipping documentation, international transports and administrative logistics processes
- Knowledge of customs tariff, customs clearance or export control beneficial
- Structured, independent and proactive personality with high customer and service orientation, communication strength and teamwork
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment as well as good MS Office skills, ideally SAP experience, and very good German and English skills in word and writing We offer: Attractive holiday entitlement Sufficient time for recreation and personal interests - we offer from 25 to 30 days of holidays per year depending on the year of life.
