Role overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and qualified candidate to join our FI Administration & Business Support team.
The successful candidate will ensure the operational and administrative coverage of activities supporting the network of financial intermediaries, providing timely handling of requests, administrative support and accurate case management, in compliance with defined procedures and service timelines. Key Resopnsabilities
Provide administrative support to the function’s activities

- The successful candidate will ensure the operational and administrative coverage of activities supporting the network of financial intermediaries, providing timely handling of requests, administrative support and accurate case management, in compliance with defined procedures and service timelines. Key Resopnsabilities
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Ability to draft administrative documentation in at least two national languages

- Team-oriented attitude and ability to collaborate across functions
- Excellent knowledge of national languages and English (written and spoken) Resident in Ticino or willing to relocate
