Conseiller.ère Expert Ski (H/F) - CDD 80% 5 mois - Neuchâtel — Decathlon

Full description

Your future playground You will join the Neuchâtel store, located in the Marin-Centre shopping center and made up of a team of 30 employees. Your perimeter is at the heart of our local strategy for the next winter season. And now, let's do this: Are you looking for an intense challenge for the next few months when no day is like each other? Do you want to share your passion for sport and offer an unforgettable experience during your mission? Do you like the action, the field and lend a hand to a welded team? Know that here, a CDD is not just a "crossing": you are an integral part of the family and your energy is extremely valuable to give the store a real boost! Why is this job for you?

• You're at the heart of the action. The time of your mission, your daily life, is 100% on the ground. You're Decathlon's face. Whether it's welcoming a beginner or advising an expert, you share your passion and create the bond.
• You're the actor in tomorrow's business. You're not just selling a product on the shelf. You offer an omni-channel and lasting experience: digital orders, hardware rental, take-over of old products (Second Life)... You answer every need.
• Even in temporary contracts, you have autonomy and impact! You guarantee your sport. You make sure your department makes you want, you manage your stock and you set up your business operations. Your efficiency can be seen directly on the satisfaction of your customers. What You Will Do Every Day: Your Missions
• Advice and omnichannel sales: You welcome your clients as guests. You advise them, you conclude sales (in physics or through our digital tools), you propose our loyalty program and you manage the cash flow.
• Commercial dynamics: You implant the products according to the logics of implantation, you manage the "facing" so that your radius is always impeccable, and you highlight the novelties and essentials of the moment.
• Availability and logistics: Put your hand to the dough! From receipt of the delivery to dispatch, you guarantee the accuracy of your stocks and the rapid availability of your products. You're also preparing web orders.
• Circular economy and services: You are an ambassador of our new models: you manage the purchase of used equipment and you push our rental solutions to extend the life of our products. What this mission will bring you (the little plus):
• A real springboard: Working at Decathlon is the assurance to boost your employability. We are known to be a true "school" of business and customer relationship: what you will learn in the field with us will be a major asset on your resume!
• A la carte missions: Depending on the length of your contract and your involvement, you can take the lead on specific topics or support the team on specific projects at the store. This job isn't for you if...
• You'd rather sit behind a screen all day in a quiet place.
• You don't like to go spontaneously to others.
• You think unpacking pallets, tidying a radius and dealing with merchandise "that's not your problem."
• You're not ready to see 10,000 steps on your watch every night.
• You are looking for fixed and routine schedules: here we live in the rhythm of sport and our schedules adapt to the activity (even if we communicate them to you 6 weeks in advance so that you can organize!).
• You don't want to work on Saturdays.
