- Evidence-based advice, training and care for adults in all types of diabetes, both outpatient and inpatient
- Interprofessional cooperation with the endocrinologist/diabetologist, the medical profession, nurses and nutritional counselling
- Assistance with internal projects, policies and training Requirements
- Expert/expert in diabetes specialist advice HFP or Dipl.
- Nursing specialist HF/FH, DN II or AKP with additional training CAS Diabetesberatung or HöFa 1 Diabetesberatung
- You are a flexible, committed and self-employed personality
- You understand how to organize your everyday work independently even in case of high workload and prioritize upcoming work accordingly
- You are capable of teamwork and enjoy working directly with our patients and attach importance to good interprofessional cooperation
