As Lead People Experience, you lead a growing team of four and are jointly responsible for the management of our logistics sites in Neuchâtel and Krefeld. As part of the international PX management team, you actively shape the strategic and operational development. This position is expected to be temporary representation until the end of August 2027.

Mansioni

• Together with your team, you will supervise and accompany the employees and managers at our logistics sites in Neuchâtel and Krefeld.
• You ensure that our leaders are professionally advised, coached and developed according to our values
• Together with your team, you will be responsible for smooth and high-quality operational HR operations at our logistics sites.
• You will accompany the development of our second location in Neuchâtel and support the managers with personnel and organizational issues
• You work closely with leaders at all levels, understand their needs and develop suitable solutions
• You prioritize topics with foresight and create the right framework conditions for your team to work successfully
• You continuously develop your employees and live our values and our agile mindset

Requirements

• 3+ years: HR Operations & Business Partnering in the logistics environment (with team leadership)
• Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, HF): Human Resources (HR) / Human Resources
• You bring at least two to three years of leadership experience and have ideally already led a team of seven to ten employees
• HR is not a black box for you. You have in-depth expertise and are very familiar with German employment law
• You also make informed decisions in a dynamic environment, set clear priorities and can represent them convincingly.
• Working with different stakeholders and leaders at all levels is easy for you and gives you pleasure
• You are mainly on site at our warehouse location in Neuchâtel and appreciate the direct exchange with your team and the managers. One home office day per week complements your presence in business
• Thinking and acting with absolute respect for human dignity and taking into account the human consequences of decisions
