Main responsibilities

  • Development & Construction (65 %)
  • Complete product development from the idea to the series maturity: concept, circuit design, simulation (e.g.
  • LTSpice), PC layout, prototype construction, testing and commissioning of analog and digital measuring devices, amplifiers and controls for motors and liquid systems.
  • Design and optimization of analog/digital circuits, including signal preparation (filter, amplification, noise suppression) and interfaces (e.g.SPI, I2C, UART).
  • Embedded software development : Programming of microcontrollers (C, C++, Python) for data acquisition, signal processing and control tasks.
  • Integration of sensors and A/D/D/A converters: selection, connection and optimization of signal quality from recording to digital processing. Technical advice and support (20%)
  • Technical advice from internal and external partners in the selection, installation and commissioning of measuring equipment, laboratory equipment and test equipment.
  • Structure and optimization of test and measurement setups, including error analysis and repair at assembly and system level.
  • Training and documentation : preparation of manuals, specifications and project documentation for users and development teams.
  • Support of two photon microscopes: technical maintenance, error analysis and support for use for research and development purposes. Repair & maintenance (15%)
