• You are the central contact person and interface between branch management, customers and employees.
• You recruit, work on new cleaning teams, train them and accompany their professional and personal development.
• You organize, plan and coordinate the services for our various customer orders.
• You are regularly on site to ensure the quality of our services and compliance with the agreed performance standards.
• You will carry out quality controls, prepare visit reports and take appropriate corrective action if necessary.
• You maintain long-term and trusting customer relationships and handle inquiries and complaints professionally and solution-oriented.
• You calculate orders and create offers and service descriptions.
• You actively participate in business development and support the acquisition of new customers and orders.
• You take over the administrative support of your own customer portfolio.
• You control working hours, personnel costs and material consumption.
• You always keep an eye on the profitability and profitability of your orders.
• You ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations.
• You are actively involved in the continuous improvement of our processes and the optimization of our operations. ## You bring that with you
• You have completed vocational training (EFZ or equivalent), ideally in the areas of service, construction or technology.
• You bring at least 1–2 years of experience in a comparable position with leadership responsibility.
• Ideally, you have experience in professional cleaning, facility management or the service sector.
• You are familiar with the Swiss labour law and the general employment contract (GAV) of the cleaning industry and can safely apply this knowledge.
• You convince with leadership, organizational talent and a high sense of responsibility.
• You work customer-, solution- and result-oriented.
• You are well-versed in dealing with the common Microsoft Office applications.
• You have very good oral and written knowledge of French
• Other national languages are a plus.
