- In this versatile function, you combine professional care with coordination and case management:
- You support and accompany clients directly on site as part of care assignments.
- You coordinate and organize the provision of services from admission to departure – in close cooperation with clients, relatives, doctors, hospitals and other specialist centres.
- You take responsibility for the entire care process including needs assessment, nursing diagnostics according to NANDA and electronic care documentation.
- You delegate tasks in accordance with the situation and competence and support employees in technical issues.
- You take on daily responsibility and contribute to a high quality of care.
