- o You are involved in the development and implementation of the guidelines and programs necessary for the department's objectives.
- o You ensure the proper functioning of clinical activities in a spirit of multidisciplinary collaboration and within a mobile team.
- o You provide expertise and assistance to front-line medicine, home care teams or EMS, as well as in collaboration with somatic care.
- o You are able to provide specialized care and adequate support outside the psychiatric hospital setting.
- o You participate in the ongoing training of teams to ensure a high level of skills, and contribute to the development and improvement of diagnostic treatment methods.
- The competencies required for this position are:
- o have a minimum of 2 years of hospital and/or outpatient psychiatry activity o have a spirit of interdisciplinary teamwork and networking o demonstrate leadership and planning o be able to make decisions
