Mission

• Putting your expertise at the service of the Deco sector
• Professionally advising customers, contributing to the attractiveness of the store and ensuring an irreproachable presentation of the goods according to our internal concepts
• To manage the assortment, from the order of the products to their dispatch
• Processing requests, claims and after-sales service
• Support other areas of the store as required

Qualifications

• You show a keen interest in sales and put customer satisfaction at the centre of your priorities thanks to your sense of hospitality and advice
• You are ideally at the benefit of an SWC as a retail manager or a recognized sales training, as well as several years of experience in a similar function
• You master French both orally and in writing and communicate with your clients and professional circles with ease.
• You know how to take initiatives, demonstrate organization, have a sense of responsibility and easily collaborate as a team
• You are in good physical condition, flexible, enjoy a varied work and know how to stay effective even under pressure
