Main responsibilities
- Telephone support and processing of customer inquiries
- Recording of repair orders and coordination of home delivery and service appointments
- Processing internal requests in cooperation with other departments
- General administrative activities, e.g. ordering of spare parts and processing of manufacturer orders Requirements
- Confident knowledge of German in words and writing, good knowledge of French at at least B2 level and Italian language
- Commercial experience ideally in telephone customer service Good user knowledge in MS Office; SAP experience is beneficial
- Strong customer orientation as well as a friendly and professional appearance What we offer
