Establishment of cantonal public law, the CNP has the task of conducting the health policy of the canton of Neuchâtel in the field of mental health, in collaboration with partner institutions. The NPC aims to rehabilitate patients suffering from mental disorders by adopting an integrated and community psychiatry model; implements public policies to promote and prevent mental health

You contribute to the production and dissemination of the CNP's institutional content, in particular to enhance its activities, teams and projects. You are involved in the implementation of the CNP editorial line on its various channels and contribute to awareness-raising activities on mental health issues. You intervene in a versatile manner according to the priorities of the Communications Office.

As part of your duties, you will be required to

• Write and produce content for the various internal and external communication channels of the NOC: print media, web, intranet, social networks, etc.
• In coordination with the team, operationally manage institutional social networks: planning, writing, publishing, monitoring and monitoring of content.
• Contribute to the preparation and enhancement of institutional events.
• Realize light audiovisual content: common photos and, depending on skills, video capsules or short montages.
• Decline simple visuals from existing templates.

The core competencies required are

• SWC or training in communication, media, multimedia or equivalent.
• First professional experience or successful internship in the field.
• Excellent writing skills in French, with a very good mastery of spelling and syntax.
• Capacity for synthesis and dissemination, in particular to transform specialized topics into clear and accessible content.
• Good control of social networks including LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
• Interest in raising awareness of mental health issues.
• Relationships and ability to gather information from various interlocutors.
• Rigor, organizational sense, autonomy within the defined framework and team spirit.
