• You lead the monitoring and development (acquisition) of existing SME clients
• With the General Agent, you share responsibility for achieving the LPP objective of the Jura and Neuchâtel sales area
• You have technical responsibility for LPP cases in the General Agency
• You support the General Agent and the Customer Advisors for the operation of the market
• You technically and administratively support the General Agent and the Client Advisors
• You prepare and conduct customer information sessions
• You participate in the training of internal and external collaborators
• You collaborate on business development projects
• You loyalty customers and develop your own client portfolio
• You carry out administrative activities related to your position, with the support of AXA and modern monitoring tools
• Member of the General Agency, you participate in the management sessions and in the implementation of the objectives and the life of the agency
• Thanks to your customer advice orientation, you are able to understand the needs of your interlocutors, their challenges and their doubts. You can listen and identify needs in order to offer the best tailor-made solutions.
• You have several years of experience in the 2nd pillar solutions advice and customer monitoring Companies
• With a great affinity for investment solutions and financial products, you are undoubtedly specialized in your field
• With an excellent spirit of initiative, you show proactivity on a daily basis. You're self-governing and you're a powerful proposition.
• Your contribution to the team results is an engine for you
• Your place of residence is in the area of activity concerned, you have a very good knowledge of the local economic fabric and a wide network in the region
• You master French in both oral and written, your mastery of German and English is a serious advantage
