Role overview

The Customer Service Center actively supports Raiffeisen Switzerland, Raiffeisen banks and group companies in achieving their service goals by accepting and answering telephone and written end customer inquiries.

For our increased consulting activities, we are looking for you immediately or by appointment as a quick learner, flexible, service-oriented and strong communicator.

Main responsibilities

  • Service-oriented support and advice for private customers of the Raiffeisen Group by telephone Targeted cross- and up-selling activities Responding to telephone customer inquiries
  • Shared responsibility for the targeted further development of our area
  • Working days from Monday to Friday with occasional assignments on Saturdays Requirements:
  • Basic commercial training, experience in the financial sector is an advantage
  • Existing experience in the contact center area (inbound and outbound) Affinity for sales and advice Strong customer and service orientation
  • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written German We offer:
