• Managing contact points within the time constraints in the areas of telephony, e-mail, NPA, CRM processing, physical mail
• Advise and sell insurance solutions tailored to customer needs
• Ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and portfolio maintenance
• Establishing offers and correspondence in the private customer sector
• Monitoring and active processing of tenders sent
• Implement measures to maintain portfolio and win back clients
• Communicate risk analysis decisions to clients

What distinguishes you from others

• SWC Trade employee or equivalent training
• Experience in insurance or brokerage
• AFA Certification
• Excerpt from criminal records and the office of criminal prosecution
• Excellent oral and written communication in French and English, German an asset
• Very good mastery of common computer tools
• Sense of discretion and confidentiality
• Ability to communicate easily, relationship ease
• Autonomy, professional awareness and leadership
