For Banque Raiffeisen des Montagnes Neuchâteloises, we are looking for a person as a Middle Office Collaborator.

• Support for Middle Office administrative activities with a high level of precision and reliability,
• Management and monitoring of customer files related to banking products, real estate financing as well as investment solutions,
• Close support to advisors in the preparation and monitoring of their activities, particularly in terms of credits and investments,
• Participation in the processing and control of investment operations in compliance with regulatory processes and requirements,
• Analysis of files, proactive identification of blocking points and proposal of concrete solutions,
• Regular contact with customers: monitoring of requests, reminders and coordination with professionalism,
• Active contribution to the quality of files, compliance with compliance and the security of operations,
• Close collaboration with internal teams in a spirit of mutual support and collective efficiency.

Anforderungen

• Banking training completed and strong interest in a central role in Middle Office,
• Recognized rigor, sense of organization and reliability,
• Ability to handle varied files methodically, while maintaining a good overview,
• Analytical spirit and pragmatic, solution-oriented approach,
• Relational ease and sense of service, with a natural approach to customer contact,
• Autonomy, sense of responsibility and ability to take relevant initiatives,
• Team spirit and desire to contribute to a collaborative dynamic,
• Flexibility and ability to adapt in a changing environment,
• Good command of IT tools and comfort in a digital environment.
