• Advice and assistance to clients, mainly by telephone or reception upon arrival at the agency
• Attending and supporting insurance advisors in making appointments with their clients
• Preparation and follow-up of meetings with clients, support to teams of advisors in their daily tasks, correspondence and general administration
• Drafting of offers and insurance proposals
• Close and permanent contact with the agency's advisory teams
• Frequent exchanges with the various departments of the AXA regional headquarters
• From commercial training, you have a first experience in administration, especially in the insurance sector, AFA is an advantage
• Your interest in advice and sales is marked, your motivation to train you on our products and internal processes is strong
• Your personality is service oriented and you will always find the best fair solution for all
• With a positive and dynamic temperament, you are reliable, flexible and have ease of contact with others and excellent team spirit
• You master French in both oral and written terms, any other language is a complementary asset
• You live in our area of activity and you have a good knowledge of the local economic fabric
