• You have a florist CFC and/or confirmed experience in the field
• You have a sense of trade and a special interest in new trends and customer expectations

• You are comfortable with computer tools and attentive to technological innovations
• Ideally, you benefit from a previous experience in team management
• If you are friendly and smiling, you have easy contact with customers, which allows you to ensure quality service.
