MAXIMUM CONTRACT OF 12 MONTHS

CONTEXT

Within the Quality and Reliability team, you help improve quality performance by piloting continuous improvement projects and developing data-based steering tools.

The position is at the interface between Quality, Continuous Improvement and Data, with a goal: to transform the available data into useful information to understand, decide and act.

MAIN MISSIONS

1. Pilot projects for continuous improvement Quality

• Identify and analyse issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Structure and pilot action plans.
• Use adapted problem solving methods: PDCA, DMAIC, 5 Why, ...
• Measure the effectiveness of the actions implemented.

1. Developing data management

• Identify data relevant to quality performance management.
• Collect, structure and reliability of data.
• Build relevant and understandable KPIs.
• To automate the preparation and provision of indicators as much as possible.
• Transform data into decision-support elements.

1. Accompany teams

• Understand the needs of users.
• Propose simple and field-specific solutions.
• Present the analyses and results in a clear and synthetic manner.
• Support users in the appropriation of new tools.

Graduated from an engineering school, you have developed experience and knowledge in the fields of quality as well as project management. You have a strong appeal for Data at the service of industrial performance.
