- You are committed to continuous process improvement. What you bring
- You have a commercial training and/or customer relationship agent level CFC and have first professional experience in insurance.
- In French, German or Italian, you are fluent in a second national language.
- As a friendly personality and service oriented, you are very comfortable on the phone and enjoy customer contact.
- You have ease with information and communication technologies.
- We first propose a 12 month CDD, with the possibility of evolution in CDI in case of mutual interest.
