- Independently manage a portfolio of commercial buildings, consisting mainly of Migros centres, as well as some mixed and residential buildings.
- To be the privileged interlocutor of our tenants, with whom you build relationships of trust: negotiation, drafting and monitoring of leases, management of amendments, extensions and terminations.
Main responsibilities
- Independently manage a portfolio of commercial buildings, consisting mainly of Migros centres, as well as some mixed and residential buildings.

- Supervise all administrative tasks related to stewardship: billing, expense counts, indexing, collection of turnover.
- Work closely with internal teams (projects and construction, facility management, accounting, centre management) to ensure smooth and aligned management.
- Acting as a lessor or lessee, with rigour, reliability and sense of responsibility
- Actively contribute to the marketing of surfaces: tenant search, vacancy management, market analysis Required
- Minimum 2 years in a similar function: Property stewardship Federal Patent: Real Property Stewardship
- Mastery of commercial lease law as well as rental management tools (ideally SAP RE-FX).
- Common sense of priorities, clear and constructive communication
- You can take initiatives while sharing in a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment
