Main responsibilities
- Instruct, encourage and advance employees - and be a role model for them
- You pay particular attention to the freshness of fruits, vegetables and bread and declare war on food waste with clever order planning
- Order goods on time and in exactly the right quantity
- Plan the work cleverly within the framework of the weekly plan and thereby ensure efficient processes in your store
- Do everything to ensure that the numbers are correct - in terms of sales, personnel costs and inventory Requisiti
- Three or more years of professional and management experience: in the retail trade as a specialist, department or district manager
- Completed vocational training (EBA): in retail (food) or a related professional category would be ideal
- Enjoy fresh products and ideally already have professional experience with them
- Skill in planning and organizing tasks and a flair for interpreting key figures
- Physically fit, some colis weigh up to 10 kilos
