• A true entrepreneur in the Chaux-de-Fonds region, you ensure the development and promotion of Group E services on the market by offering sustainable energy solutions to customers and prescribers (government, industry, crafts and the private sector)
• Lead a team of about 15 employees and apprentices (communication, management, planning and development) to ensure the branch's performance according to the objectives defined
• Plan, organize, coordinate and control the projects, activities and objectives of the branch with your project manager team
• Knowledge of new developments and technical developments in building technology
• Participate in the preparation of tenders and negotiate tenders
• Identify personnel needs, opportunities for internal change and collaborate in the recruitment of employees in accordance with current procedures Profile:
• To the benefit of a federal certificate of project leader and ideally a federal master's degree in electrical installers or equivalent training
• Excellent mastery of financial monitoring of projects
• Confirmed experience in personnel management
• Excellent knowledge of the economic fabric of the Chaux-de-Fonds region
