Our social service provides the interface between patients, their surroundings and the intra- or extra-hospital therapeutic team

Your missions

• Participate in the organization of the patient exit project in a multidisciplinary approach
• Assess the psycho-social status of patients and implement the necessary interventions
• Promote collaboration with the cantonal and extra- cantonal social health network

Your profile

• Bachelor of Arts HES-SO in Social Work with guidance in Social Service or equivalent
• Hospital experience and/or knowledge of the Neuchâtel health network, an asset
• Good legal concepts and social insurance
• Mastery of common IT tools (MS Office)
