Our rehabilitation units are located at the sites of Locle and Val-de-Ruz, and offer different types of rehabilitation. Our patients benefit from a multidisciplinary and personalized care thanks to a dynamic and specialized team.

Community Health and Care Assistant (CHS) at 80%

Your missions

• Support and supplement patients, independently, in the activities of daily life according to their needs, habits and values
• Collaborate in the collection of data, perceive the health potential and resources of patients and relatives, value their maintenance
• Respect the care plan and established goals, as well as the criteria of safety, effectiveness, economy and comfort of people
• In collaboration with the nurse, initiate, monitor and close patient data in computerized care records
• Contribute to improving the quality of care
• Maintaining order and hygiene in the patient environment and material management
• In collaboration with the nurse and interdisciplinary care for stable patients

Your profile

• Holder of a Federal Certificate of Community Care and Health Assistant or of an AFP of Care and Care Assistance (ASA) or equivalent
• Knowledge of hospital hygiene rules
• Good knowledge of common office tools
• Experience in rehabilitation an asset
