Medical Unit 4 is a general medical unit in acute care specialized in the management of patients with stroke. The Cerebrovascular Unit was the first unit certified in French-speaking Swiss. Its specialized and multidisciplinary team welcomes this type of patients 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Your missions

• Support and supplement, independently, the patient in his or her daily activities according to his or her needs, habits and values
• Collaborate in data collection and perceive the health potential and resources of patients and their loved ones, value their maintenance and encourage their development
• Respect the established care plan, as well as the criteria of safety, effectiveness, economy and comfort of people
• Collaborate with the nurse in the management of stable patients
• Accompany patients and their loved ones in crisis and end-of-life situations
• Contribute to improving the quality of care
• Maintain order and hygiene in the patient environment and in the unit in general
• Property management
• Contribute, with nurse, to initiate, monitor and close patient data in computerized care records

Your profile

• Holder of an CFC of ASSC
• Experience in acute care
• Experience in neurology, an asset
• Knowledge of hospital hygiene rules
• Good knowledge of common office tools
