Mission

• After a period of training in the concepts of our company, you will have to take responsibility in the Neuchâtel region.
• You will be in charge of offering the best possible shopping experience to customers through optimal management of the availability of goods, their presentation and promotion of sales
• You will ensure that the objectives set for you are met, taking into account the main key figures (net revenue, personnel costs, liquidations, etc.)
• You will ensure strict compliance with the quality and presentation guidelines: freshness, quality, hygiene, temperatures and expiry dates
• You (co) will lead a team and ensure its supervision (training, motivation and follow-up)
• You will provide, with competence and friendliness, irreproachable customer service in all circumstances

Qualifications

• You are a professional in large distribution and benefit from a confirmed experience in the field
• You have very good analytical skills and are guided by the results
• You have a strong sense of initiative and responsibility
• Without natural leadership, you have great relational ease and excellent communication.
• You are available and know how to be flexible in terms of working hours
• You are comfortable with computer tools and attentive to technological innovations
• You are a merchant in the soul and have easy contact with customers
