During your three years of training, supervised by experienced and motivated trainers, you will discover the different fields of activity and become familiar with the daily life of the Bank Raiffeisen Neuchâtel and Vallées. In addition, you will study banking theory and techniques at the CYP (Centre de compétences professionnel pour les banques) in Lausanne. You will carry out internships in the agencies of our department (Neuchatelian Littoral, Val-de-Travers, Val-de-Ruz).
