- Your responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices accurately and in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Main responsibilities

- Process vendor invoices accurately and in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Review and process employee expense claims and payment requests.
- Prepare payment runs and perform bank postings and reconciliations.
- Maintain accounts payable subledgers and resolve posting discrepancies.
- Respond to vendor and internal stakeholder inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, including audits and VAT reporting.
- Contribute to ERP enhancements and finance process improvement initiatives.
- Provide support across the Finance team on additional accounting activities as required. What you'll bring
- Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification with accounting experience.
