Your missions
- Directs, organizes, coordinates and develops the General Internal Medicine Service as part of a multidisciplinary service
- Ensure the organization of quality care for patients in the Internal Medicine Service
- Set and evaluate goals for medical team members
- Provide and participate in quality training for assistant doctors (certification in general medicine in category A)
- Quantitative and qualitative monitoring of the activity by ensuring the medico-economic balance of the service
- Develop outpatient service activity
- Engage in process improvements and patient care projects
- Provide a caring environment for colleagues and be exemplary
Your profile
- Swiss doctor diploma or equivalent
- Title of FMH Specialist in Internal Medicine
- Experience as a physician in a department or department of medicine, desired
- Management training or interest in such training
- In-depth competence in hospital internal medicine included in intermediate care
- Other certification (POCUS, CAS, etc.), plus
- Diplomas and qualifications registered in the Register of Medical Professions (MedReg)

- Medical knowledge ensuring quality management for all internal medical patients, including multi-morbid patients
- Leadership to develop, implement and monitor a service project
- Know how to be and exemplar as a Chief Medical Officer
