Full description
You support us in making Excellent Leadership at Emmi tangible and usable worldwide. Together with our team, you will work on the further development of our leadership content, learning opportunities and communication materials. Many of our concepts and tools have already been developed – now it is a matter of consolidating, developing and preparing them for global use. You bring your ideas, work with modern digital tools and AI and help us to anchor Excellent Leadership step by step in the entire Emmi Group. For this purpose, we are looking for you as a Working Student Leadership Development with a focus 40-60%. The term of office shall be limited to 30. November 2027.
You can do that.
- Further develop leadership tools and materials: You will support the development, translation and finalization of our core leadership tools and materials.
- Design learning and communication content: You prepare existing content, develop training and communication materials and make complex topics simple and understandable.
- Help shape new learning formats: You bring creative ideas and support the conception and development of modern, practical learning opportunities.
- Use digital possibilities: You use modern tools and AI to efficiently create, translate and develop content.
You bring that with you
- You will complete a bachelor's or master's degree, ideally in business psychology, business administration, communication, pedagogy or a related field.
- You are interested in leadership, learning and organizational development and want to gain practical experience in an international company.
- You enjoy designing content, making it understandable and developing creative solutions.
- You work independently, structured and carefully and proactively contribute your own ideas.
- You are digitally affine, safe with Microsoft 365 and enjoy trying out new technologies and AI tools.
- You have very good knowledge of German and English
- Other languages are a plus.
- You are curious, uncomplicated and like to get involved – with the aim of turning good ideas into concrete results.

Requirements

- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse ; weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus.
