- You have a college degree in social work.
- You have attended further training in child protection or in systemic/solution-oriented counselling.
- You have professional experience in legal social work.
- You are an empathetic and well-organized personality with pleasure in advising and accompanying children and young adults.
- You are confident in solution-oriented discussion and have a high degree of self-management and reflective ability.
