Company and context
- We are looking for a Value Stream Lead (Chief Product Owner) of the Value Stream "Core" for our delivery organization, which operates according to the Flight Level Model.
- The Value Stream Core consists of various agile teams that provide our digital solutions for our core processes.
- This includes products for health and life insurance as well as various important solutions for the support functions of the company (corporate services).
- Due to an internal change, we are looking for a strong personality for the professional and personnel management of this central area within computer science.

- You take product responsibility for Core and define the vision, roadmap and priorities of the Value Stream.
- You lead and synchronize several cross-functional agile teams and ensure the implementation of the value propositions.

- You represent the value stream to stakeholders and stand for roadmap and investment decisions.
- You ensure a clear interface with architecture, security and data management and promote technical excellence.
