- Contribute to the day-to-day management of resources, priorities and operational situations, depending on the level of responsibilities and autonomy defined.
- Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of the procedures, protocols and standards of the service in collaboration with the TRM Chief of Staff and the relevant focal points.
- Diploma of medical radiology technician (TRM) or equivalent.
- Red Cross recognition for foreign (or current) diplomas.
Main responsibilities
- Contribute to the day-to-day management of resources, priorities and operational situations, depending on the level of responsibilities and autonomy defined.
- Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of the procedures, protocols and standards of the service in collaboration with the TRM Chief of Staff and the relevant focal points.
- Collaborate on harmonization of practices, improvement actions and coordination of activities at both sites.
- Participate in the training and support of TRM students, new employees and teams.
- Ensure the replacement of the TRM Chief in her absence.
- A varied function with managerial responsibilities and the possibility of actively contributing to service development.
- Participation in operational decisions within its scope of responsibility.
Key requirements
- Diploma of medical radiology technician (TRM) or equivalent.
- Red Cross recognition for foreign (or current) diplomas.
- Several years of professional experience in medical radiology.
- Management experience and/or training is an asset.
- A sense of responsibility, autonomy, ability to collaborate and take initiatives.
