Would you like to contribute your experience in the field of catering to St. Karli Primary School? Support our team four to five days a week in the preparation of the dining rooms, the distribution of meals and any cleaning work that arises - and contribute to the well-being of children and adults together with us.

Your tasks

• Together with the childcare team, you will prepare the dining room for the children and ensure a welcoming atmosphere during lunchtime.
• You will prepare meals in the Bain-Maries and accompany the food service for up to 30 children of the 3. to 6. Great. In doing so, you contribute to a pleasant and appreciative food culture.
• You will support the children during lunchtime and be a friendly, reliable contact person in the dining room.
• You will independently take over housekeeping work in the kitchen and dining area. After eating, you will clean tables, chairs, work surfaces and the premises and ensure that the bain-maries are professionally cleaned.
• You will ensure compliance with the cantonal hygiene guidelines and the hygiene concept of the City of Lucerne Primary School and work responsibly in accordance with the applicable standards.
• You will work mainly during school weeks, an average of 9 hours per week, from 11.30 a.m. to approx. 2.30 p.m. Your working days would be Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

Your profile

• Ideally, you have practical experience in the kitchen or housekeeping sector or enjoy familiarizing yourself with this field of work.
• You enjoy fresh meals, a well-kept environment and contact with children of primary school age.
