Tasks

• You look after children with challenging behavior and intensive care needs in a 1:1 setting, support them in their individual development and gradually enable integrative moments

• You build sustainable relationships that provide security and facilitate leisure

• You maintain a constructive dialogue with parents and caregivers

• You work closely with other teachers and caregivers

Requirements

• You have a degree from a higher technical school in the field of pedagogy or a comparable qualification

• You have experience accompanying children with challenging behavior

• You provide a safe place with your patience, clarity and reliability and keep calm even in very challenging situations

• You work independently, take on responsibility and can find suitable solutions based on your experience and training.
