As a service technician mobile construction cranes, you ensure that our most modern cranes are ready for use at all times. Whether commissioning new equipment, technical failures or demanding repairs – no day is like the other. You can expect exciting assignments throughout Switzerland, high personal responsibility and direct customer contact. These are your tasks
- You provide new devices, put them into operation and carry out device transfers and instructions with our customers.
- You carry out service, maintenance and inspection work on mobile cranes and additionally support in the area of auto cranes.
- You will analyze technical faults and carry out repairs directly at the customer or at our location in Reiden.
- You will complete warranty work and technical changes in accordance with the current service information.
- You will advise and support our customers competently on site and by telephone.
- You document your assignments in service, maintenance and inspection reports and coordinate spare parts with internal and external bodies if necessary.
- You maintain long-term customer relationships and represent Liebherr professionally in every assignment. You bring that with you
- Completed training as agricultural machinery, truck, construction machinery mechanic EFZ, automotive mechatronics mechanic EFZ or engine equipment mechanic EFZ.
- Ideally, experience in the field of mobile construction or auto cranes. We are also happy to examine motivated professionals with development potential.
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of French. Other languages are a plus.
- Category B driving licence and ideally Category E or C or the willingness to purchase it.
- Knowledge of electronics, electrical engineering or high current is an advantage.
- Enjoy direct customer contact and independent work.
- Readiness for travel throughout Switzerland as well as occasional assignments in neighbouring countries.
- Place of residence preferably in the Mittelland or in the area of Bern, Zurich, Basel or Lucerne. Applications from Western Switzerland are also welcome. You can look forward to that.
