- – Betrieb und Überwachung von Kundenservern und -netzwerken vor Ort und in der Cloud Erstellung und Pflege von Betriebshandbüchern und technischer Dokumentation
- – Mitwirkung an internen sowie kundenbezogenen IT-Projekten vor Ort
- Profil
- – Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Informationstechnologie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- – Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Systemadministrator oder IT-Support-Spezialist
- – Fundierte Kenntnisse gängiger Server- und Client-Betriebssysteme wie Windows, Linux und macOS
- – Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365, unter anderem Exchange Online, SharePoint und Teams
- – Solides Verständnis von Netzwerktechnologien wie TCP/IP, WAN/LAN, Routing, Switching, VLANs und Firewalls
