Role overview
Our after sales service in Dintikon processes a seven-digit number of returns and warranty cases every year in collaboration with our suppliers.
We are looking for an additional manager for one of these teams as soon as possible to provide active support in day-to-day business. A lateral entry from another professional field is welcome.

- You lead your team of around ten to fifteen employees professionally and personally
- In your everyday work, you are a role model and support, supervise and motivate your team, taking quality and performance specifications into account
- Several years: Leading teams with more than ten employees
- Completed basic or further training: administrative/logistics/supply chain/employee management
Main responsibilities
- You lead your team of around ten to fifteen employees professionally and personally

- You work on projects and involve your team in the continuous improvement of work processes
- You represent the team in exchange with internal and external stakeholders
- You are an active part of the management team and support the Manager After Sales Returns International in achieving the Departmental goals
Key requirements
- Several years: Leading teams with more than ten employees
- Completed basic or further training: administrative/logistics/supply chain/employee management
- You have successfully completed training and experience in leading a team
