Main responsibilities
- Professional and disciplinary management of your team of 12 to 15 employees – from incoming goods to storage and removal to packaging, disposal and outgoing goods
- Building a team that flexibly supports each other and whose strengths complement each other in growth
- Regular 1:1 discussions, individual goals, honest feedback and targeted further development
- Management of day-to-day business via the relevant key figures – including appropriate measures if the figures tell something different than the plan
- Collaboration in CIP projects and contribution of your methodological know-how to process optimization
- Responsibility for occupational safety: identifying, correcting and preventing hazards Requirements
- 3-5 years: in the logistics or production environment
- Completed initial or further training: logistics or process specialist
- Leadership experience and an appreciative, motivating approach to people – also as a lateral entry from another professional field
- Experience with lean methods such as 5S and CIP as well as experienced handling of ERP or warehouse management systems and MS Office
