Tasks: • In cooperation with the department management and the other team management, you lead the department according to the service mandate and objectives and bear the responsibility for several employees of different professional groups of the care team. • The implementation of an efficient, effective and appropriate care taking into account the framework conditions is your responsibility. Together with the department management, you also take over the coordination and planning of the processes in the department. • With great commitment, you care for patients and their relatives according to the practical model of “patient and family-centered care”. • A state-of-the-art hospital information system that digitally and comprehensively maps the entire patient process and lists all patient data at any time, supports you around the clock. Requirements • As a qualified nurse / qualified nurse HF you have several years of professional experience as well as further training in the field of leadership or are willing to complete it • A reliable, resilient, flexible and communicative personality with high social and professional competence distinguishes you • Your profile is rounded off by your innovative nature, your networked and pragmatic way of thinking and your IT affinity.
