- Responsibility for the deployment and capacity planning of the team
Main responsibilities
- Professional and personnel management of the service team Sanitary with five service technicians
- Responsibility for the deployment and capacity planning of the team
- Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships
- Development and calculation of customer offers and preparation of service contracts
- Monitoring and auditing of execution of client orders and contract work
- Processing of contracts, including intervention and contract agreements and their conclusion
- Ordering and management of materials and third party services
- Assistance in the selection of suitable assembly procedures in consultation with employees Requirements
- Basic sanitary training completed (EFZ level), additional heating training beneficial
- Further education in project management and/or leadership
