- You are responsible for performance controlling with the focus on cost, tariff and profitability controls.
- Methodological further development of analysis methods for power provider-oriented control of power costs.
- You will lead a motivated team and continuously develop its professional skills and cooperation.
- You independently handle complex cases in daily business in close and uncomplicated exchange with your own team, specialists, data analytics, legal service or trusted medical service.
- In addition, you support internal and external projects in your specialist area and contribute to the further development of methods of tariff control and profitability tests.
- You bring your own ideas, actively develop processes and have a lot of scope for further development of your area of responsibility.
You bring that with you
- You have a university degree (uni/FH/HF) in economics, medicine, nursing or a scientific discipline.
- In addition, you will bring several years of professional experience in the health care and/or health insurance sector, ideally in the areas of billing, performance testing or economic control.
- You bring initial leadership experience or are motivated to take responsibility for a team.
- You are strong in strategic and conceptual thinking and have the ability to develop and sustainably establish new methods and processes.
- Communication strength, negotiation skills and a secure approach to dealing with internal and external stakeholders round off your profile.
