As an internal audit, the audit of the Zürcher Kantonalbank supports the risk-conscious strategy achievement of the bank through best-in-class assurance. We assess the effectiveness of risk management, internal controls and management and monitoring processes and contribute to their improvement.

The IT Audit team examines the adequacy and effectiveness of IT controls in the bank. This includes controls around the development, operation, maintenance and risk management of the IT organization as well as the IT systems and processes. We carry out pure IT audits as well as integrated audits (business and IT) and advise the departments on audit and security issues. You are a motivated leader, bring in-depth technical IT know-how and lead your team with appreciation, clarity and a strong team spirit.

• Professional and personnel management of your team (3-4 people)
• Align your team with future technological and regulatory issues (e.g. application controls, IAM, change management, FINMA requirements)
• Continuously develop your team and promote an open and collaborative learning culture
• Ensure a high-quality assurance of the bank’s IT landscape together with your team
• Coordinating, monitoring and accompanying several demandingly integrated audits (IT and specialist audits) and targeted use of data analytics
• Acting as an expert and sparring partner for the stakeholders in IT at eye level
• Ensuring a sound and technology-driven risk analysis of the covered topics
• Actively promote the modernisation of the audit methodology (use of new technologies, data-driven audits, shorter cycles)
• University degree (FH, ETH, Uni) in computer science, business informatics or a related field, supplemented by subject-specific further education (CISA, CISM, CISSP or equivalent)
• Several years of experience in internal or external IT audit, IT risk or cybersecurity, ideally in the financial sector, preferably in the banking environment; of which at least two years in a leadership or lead function
• In-depth knowledge of IT governance, IT general controls, system and application security, cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS), identity and access management and the current IT threat situation
• Experience with recognized frameworks and standards (NIST, COBIT, ISO 27001) as well as the relevant regulatory requirements (in particular FINMA RS 2023/1, FINMA RS 2017/1)
• Experience in the use of data analytics in audit execution (data extraction, visualization, process mining) is advantageous
• Appreciative treatment of employees, with the team idea at the center
• Safe, convincing appearance and step-by-step communication in words and writing; very good German (C1) skills, good English skills
• Good networking in the industry
