- You will lead a small nursing team (3 people) and work closely with interdisciplinary specialists
- You will work with the patients to create a varied daily routine with creative group offers and activities
- You will recognize crisis situations early on and act professionally and solution-oriented
- You will network with relatives, referring physicians, employers and external specialist agencies Requirements:
- Qualified HF/FH nursing specialist with experience in psychiatry, ideally in a social psychiatric environment and creative flair
- Leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility
