Team leader Baumaler (a) Our logistics facilities are located in various regions of Switzerland and in several Western European countries. With our internal Baumaler team, we ensure that our buildings remain functional, maintained and representative in the long term. Whether new construction, renovation or demanding special design – your work directly contributes to the sustainable design and further development of our infrastructure.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as Team Leader Baumaler (a). Task area
- You lead your small team professionally and disciplinary and actively work on the construction site
- You prepare painting and renovation work independently and carry it out indoors and outdoors
- You stand for clean, professional work and convincing quality
- You have an eye for detail and take care of neat, well-kept construction sites
- You get involved, support other departments and pull together with the team
Requirement profile
- You already have leadership experience or want to take the next step to becoming a team leader
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience as a painter and know the craft from practice
- You work independently, reliably and carefully and bring craftsmanship skills
- You are flexible and ready to travel – Assignments at our external locations can also take place weekly
- You communicate safely in German and can communicate clearly and easily with your team and our customers as a team leader
