• Together with colleagues, you shape the future of Suva and contribute to its continuous development.
• You will advise executives and decision-makers on questions relating to organizational development, process design and cooperation.
• You analyze existing processes and structures and identify potential for improvement.
• You develop organizational and process solutions that increase customer value, quality and efficiency.
• You lead change projects from analysis to conception and successful implementation.
• You work closely with departments, executives and project teams. What you bring
• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, business informatics or a comparable discipline.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in process management, process engineering or in a comparable environment.
• You have experience advising executives and project teams, accompanying change projects and bringing different interests together.
• You communicate convincingly and moderate discussions purposefully.
• Your own initiative, sense of responsibility and a structured, independent working method characterize you.
• You have knowledge of German at native level. Knowledge of French is an advantage and you can also communicate verbally in French if necessary.
